- Oversee the company’s overall finance activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounting operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial management.
- Prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts by analyzing business requirements and supporting the company’s growth plans.
- Review financial performance, revenue, expenses and profitability to provide practical insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Manage cash flow, payment processes, receivables and operational expenses to maintain healthy financial operations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, proper maintenance of accounting records and timely completion of monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Work closely with different SBUs to understand business needs, evaluate financial impact and support better business decisions.
- Monitor project costs, resource utilization and operational expenses to improve efficiency and maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, audit requirements, and company financial policies while maintaining proper financial controls.
- Improve finance processes, reporting systems, and internal controls while guiding the finance team to achieve better performance.
- Experience: 8-15 years
- Education: master of business administration in finance
