Key Responsibility:
Plant Operation:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant's operations
- Ensuring smooth production processes [From sample to final delivery of finished goods]
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity
- Collaborate with the procurement to manage the supply chain, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of RM
- Industry trends and Technological advancements
- Implement practices in Accessories manufacturing,
Production Process:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams [planning, sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics to achieve production targets]
- Monitor sample production
- Monitor production planning [Time | Machine | Section | Manpower]
- Monitor quality assurance [customer specifications and international standards]
- Monitor shipment process
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, production output, efficiency, and quality metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Efficiency:
- Allocation and utilization of resources -manpower, machine and materials
- Monitor machine efficiency
- Monitor machine breakdown time
- Meet production goals
- Optimizing costs and minimizing waste
Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
- Ethical practices
- Labor standards
- Fostering a culture of safety and promoting a positive working environment
Leading Teams:
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and production team
- Providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements:
- Strong background in the textile industry is preferred; however, candidates from non-textile industries may also be considered if they demonstrate strong suitability for the role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP and/or Oracle, is preferred
