Drive trend forecasting, concept development, mood boards, color palettes, and customer presentations.
Develop innovative and commercially successful denim trousers, jackets & shirts for global retailers.
Lead customer meetings and product strategy discussions with Inditex, H&M, UNIQLO and other international brands.
Oversee prototypes, sampling, fittings, and final product approvals to ensure quality, fit, and commercially feasible Product.
Coordinate closely with merchandising, sourcing, technical, wash development, and production teams for timely execution.
Mentor the design team, strengthen design capabilities, and maintain consistent quality standards.
Identify new product and market opportunities that support business growth.
Travel internationally for customer visits, fabric sourcing, mills, manufacturers, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

- Experience: 8-10 years
- Education: bachelor of fashion design
- Skills: textile design, fashion design, fashion industry knowledge, fashion marketing, fashion branding, technical knowledge of garment production, fashion forecasting, textile industry knowledge, fashion buying
