Job Description
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company sales and revenue targets.
- Lead overall sales, marketing, and business development activities.
- Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies.
- Identify new markets, products, clients, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales & marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance, market growth, and revenue generation.
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Develop sales plans, business forecasts, and growth strategies.
- Negotiate with key clients, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Prepare regular business performance reports for the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field.
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in Product Marketing / FMCG / Consumer Products / Retail / Distribution will be preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of market development, sales strategy, and product positioning.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative business growth strategies.
