- Develop, plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote company projects, properties and brand.
- Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for apartment, commercial space and other real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality.
- Manage company social media pages and prepare monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for Facebook posts, Reels, videos, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, audience behavior and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage and optimize leads through CRM and digital lead management systems.
- Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the Sales Team to improve lead-to-sales conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Implement remarketing, retargeting and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Manage Google Business Profile, website content and basic SEO activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop effective digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Manager offline marketing (Fencing, Branding, printing related work)
