- Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Plan, develop, and execute menus in line with the brand's culinary direction.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portioning of all food items.
- Manage food preparation and kitchen production according to established standards.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and portion control.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams regarding procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train, guide, supervise, and evaluate kitchen team members.
- Develop new dishes and contribute creative ideas for menu improvement.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, food quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment handling.
- Coordinate effectively with the service team and management to ensure a smooth overall operation.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours and high-pressure situations.
- Implement and maintain high culinary standards across all food preparation and service.
- Experience: 8-15 years
