Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation (BSSF) is seeking a disciplined, energetic, and experienced professional to support the physical fitness, strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall physical preparedness of its athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct structured gym and fitness training programs for athletes.
- Design individualized exercise routines based on athletes’ fitness levels and performance requirements.
- Conduct strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning sessions.
- Monitor athletes’ physical progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Ensure proper exercise techniques and safe use of gym equipment.
- Work closely with coaches, physiotherapists, medical officers, and other sports support staff.
- Support athlete conditioning programs during training camps and competitions.
- Maintain athletes’ fitness assessment and training records.
- Implement injury-prevention exercises in coordination with the physiotherapy team.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safe use of gym equipment.
- Motivate athletes and maintain discipline during training sessions.
- Prepare regular fitness and training progress reports.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the appropriate authority.
