Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Bengal Blueberry in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling inquiries at the front desk with professionalism and care. Daily tasks include processing reservations, coordinating room assignments, responding to phone and in-person requests, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. The Guest Services Associate helps resolve guest concerns, collaborates with housekeeping and other departments to meet service standards, and ensures that public areas and front desk spaces remain organized and welcoming. The role also includes maintaining records in hotel systems, handling payments, and supporting a smooth, guest-centered operation throughout each shift.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Guest Services and Guest Service, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including problem-solving, empathy, and a courteous approach to guest interactions.
• Experience managing Reservations and working with booking or property management systems.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly with guests and team members.
• Prior experience in hotel front office or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with hotel software is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Bengali and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
