Growth & Content Marketing Executive (Remote, Full-Time)

We build WordPress plugins used by thousands of website owners around the world:

• AtlasVoice — text-to-speech and accessibility for WordPress
• AtlasAI Connector — MCP server that connects WordPress sites to AI assistants
• AtlasAR — augmented reality product viewer for WooCommerce
• Smart Local AI — privacy-first AI that runs entirely in the visitor's browser

Our products are growing. Our marketing is not — because right now it's squeezed in between writing code and answering support tickets.

So I'm hiring the person who will own everything except development.

This is a wide role, not a narrow one. On any given week you might:

Social & Community

• Run our presence on LinkedIn, X, Facebook groups, and Reddit
• Launch our products on Product Hunt, AlternativeTo, and similar platforms
• Engage with the WordPress community where our users already are

Video & YouTube

• Script, record, and edit tutorial and feature videos about our plugins
• Grow our YouTube channel from near zero

Content & Documentation

• Write blog posts, tutorials, comparison articles, and release notes for our website
• Publish and maintain clear plugin documentation our users can actually follow

Email Marketing

• Build and run onboarding sequences, product announcements, and a newsletter

Customer Support

• Answer user questions on WordPress.org forums and our support channels
• Turn the questions you see most often into documentation and videos

This role is not a task list.

I am not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do this week. I'm looking for someone who studies our products, understands our users, decides what will move the numbers — and then brings me the plan.

You will be trusted with all four products. Their visibility, their audience, and their growth become yours. If that sounds like too much freedom, this role will not suit you. If it sounds like the job you've been waiting for, we should talk.

Must have:

• Hands-on experience with the WordPress ecosystem — you have worked with WordPress plugins, understand WordPress.org, and know how plugin users think. This one is non-negotiable. Without it, everything else in this role takes far too long to learn.
• Excellent written English — our audience is global, and writing is most of this job
• 2+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role
• Ability to edit video and produce a clean tutorial without a production team
• Comfort learning a software product deeply enough to explain it to strangers
• Genuine self-management and initiative

Nice to have:

• WooCommerce experience
• A SaaS or software product launch you can point to (Product Hunt, AppSumo, etc.)
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for thumbnails and social graphics
• SEO fundamentals

Not required: coding. You'll never be asked to write PHP.

• Salary: BDT 25,000 – 35,000/month, plus a performance bonus tied to growth results
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in Bangladesh
• Saturday & Sunday weekend — a real two-day weekend, aligned with our global users
• Full-time, long-term role — not a contract gig
• Real ownership — you set the strategy across all four products
• Direct work with the founder, and a front-row seat to how a global software product is built and sold
