We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphics & UI/UX Designer to shape how European IT Institute looks and feels, from our brand and marketing materials to the websites, platforms, and digital tools our students use every day. You will work closely with our marketing, web development, and academic teams to turn ideas into polished, user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic design
- Create marketing and brand assets: social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, email templates, and event materials.
- Maintain and evolve the Institute's visual identity and brand guidelines
- Produce course promotional materials, certificates, and campaign visuals
- Research user needs and translate them into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design and improve the website, landing pages, student portal, and learning platform interfaces
- Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library
- Run usability tests and use feedback and analytics to improve designs
- Hand off well-organized specs and assets to developers, and review the implementation
- Work with marketing, development, admissions, and faculty to meet project goals and deadlines
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Keep up with design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education: Bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator
