Graphics Designer & Visualizer

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
• Create visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop product packaging and branding materials.
• Produce creative assets for websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Edit images and create basic motion graphics when required.
• Design and maintain official company materials such as ID cards, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, certificates, seals, and other corporate branding assets.
• Create designs for company events, festivals, campaigns, employee engagement activities, and special occasions.
• Develop office branding materials including signage, standees, posters, banners, office décor, and presentation templates.
• Communicate with vendors regarding design specifications, revisions, quotations, production timelines, and final execution & ensure timely delivery and quality output of printed materials.
• Maintain and organize design files, brand assets, and company creative resources for future use.
• Assist different departments with design requirements for internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.

Salary & Benefit:

• BDT 25,000 – 35,000.
• Weekly 1 holiday.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Job Location: Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
