Graphics Designer (Fulltime, Onsite)

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dhaka.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality visual designs that support both new and existing business opportunities. You will transform ideas, business objectives, and client requirements into engaging digital, print, branding, and motion materials that contribute directly to business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, excellent visual communication skills, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with developers, marketers, and other designers.

1. Develop creative illustrations, logos, banners, posters, social media creatives, advertisements, and marketing materials.
2. Design professional and visually engaging Company Profiles, Project Profiles, Corporate Presentations, and Business Documents.
3. Create modern and user-friendly website and UI/UX design layouts.
4. Study design briefs, understand project objectives, and determine creative and technical requirements.
5. Conceptualize and develop original visual ideas based on client, brand, and business needs.
6. Translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling, intuitive, and visually impactful designs.
7. Develop creative concepts and design materials for digital marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.
8. Create motion graphics, animated creatives, and short promotional visual content when required.
9. Ensure all designs remain consistent with established brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
10. Collaborate effectively with developers, marketers, content writers, project managers, and other designers.
11. Prepare designs for both digital and print production while maintaining proper quality, dimensions, typography, and visual standards.
12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver creative work within agreed deadlines.
13. Review, revise, and improve designs based on client or internal feedback.
14. Stay updated with current graphic design, UI/UX, branding, digital marketing, and visual communication trends.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-quality design work
• Experience in Graphic Design, Advertising & Promotion, Branding, UI/UX, and Motion Graphics
• Experience designing Company Profiles and Project Profiles will be highly valued
• Experience working with an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, IT Company, E-commerce Business, or Corporate Organization is preferred
• Freshers with exceptional portfolios and strong creative skills are also encouraged to apply

Dhaka, Bangladesh

BDT 20,000 – 50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and overall expertise.
