Role Description The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for print and digital materials, including logos, branding assets, marketing collateral, and promotional content. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and production teams, developing design concepts from briefs, selecting typography and color schemes, and preparing files for print and digital use. The role also involves refining existing designs, ensuring brand consistency, and adapting layouts for different formats and media. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, requiring regular coordination with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual solutions.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility across print and digital formats.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, especially branding and print-related projects.
• Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and revise designs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
