Job Description
-
কোম্পানির Social Media, Marketing ও Promotional Materials-এর জন্য creative ও professional graphics তৈরি করা।
-
Facebook, Instagram ও অন্যান্য Digital Platform-এর জন্য Social Media Post, Banner, Ad Creative ও Campaign Visual ডিজাইন করা।
-
Brochure, Flyer, Poster, Leaflet, Presentation ও অন্যান্য Branding Materials ডিজাইন করা।
-
কোম্পানির Brand Identity, Color, Typography ও Visual Guidelines বজায় রেখে consistent design নিশ্চিত করা।
-
Marketing Team-এর Brief অনুযায়ী Creative Concept তৈরি ও Final Design প্রস্তুত করা।
-
Travel Package, Visa, Air Ticket, Hajj & Umrah এবং অন্যান্য সার্ভিসের জন্য প্রচারমূলক ডিজাইন তৈরি করা।
-
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Photo Editing, Image Retouching, Background Removal ও অন্যান্য Graphic Editing করা।
-
বিভিন্ন Campaign ও Promotional Activities-এর জন্য সময়মতো High-Quality Creative Assets সরবরাহ করা।
-
Management/Marketing Team-এর Feedback অনুযায়ী দ্রুত Revision ও Design Improvement করা।
-
একাধিক Project-এর Priority ও Deadline মেনে সময়মতো কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
-
নতুন Design Trend ও Creative Ideas অনুসরণ করে কোম্পানির Visual Communication ও Brand Presentation আরও উন্নত করা।

প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Printing-এর জন্য Print-Ready Artwork এবং Digital Platform-এর জন্য optimized files প্রস্তুত করা।
Requirements
- Professional Portfolio is Mandatory — Candidates without a professional portfolio will not be considered.

Graphics Design, Visual Communication বা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা/Professional Training থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

২–৪ বছরের Professional Graphics Design Experience থাকতে হবে।
-
Adobe Photoshop ও Adobe Illustrator-এ strong professional দক্ষতা থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।

Social Media Post, Banner, Poster, Brochure, Flyer, Advertisement, Promotional Creative ও অন্যান্য Marketing Materials ডিজাইনে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

Branding, Typography, Color Theory, Layout & Visual Hierarchy সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

Travel & Tourism বা Corporate Brand-এর জন্য Professional & Creative Visual Content তৈরি করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

Professional Portfolio থাকতে হবে এবং পূর্বের কাজের উদাহরণ প্রদর্শন করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।

Brief অনুযায়ী নিজস্ব Creative Concept তৈরি করে High-Quality Design ডেলিভারি করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

একাধিক Design Project-এর Deadline ও Priority মেনে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

Feedback অনুযায়ী দ্রুত Design Revision ও Improvement করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma বা অন্যান্য Design Tools জানা থাকলে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা।

Social Media Trends ও Digital Marketing Creative সম্পর্কে updated থাকতে হবে।

Creative Thinking, Attention to Detail, Time Management ও Teamwork-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে।
