Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Design creative social media posts, banners, carousels, stories, advertisements, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Edit promotional videos, Reels, Shorts, product videos, and other digital content.
- Schedule and publish content daily across all platforms.
- Write clear and engaging captions in Bangla and English.
- Maintain consistent brand colours, styles, and visual quality.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback.
- Research current trends, competitors, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Track page performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activities when required.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: diploma in graphic design
