Are you a multi-talented visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of design, video, and technology? Inovi Solutions is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to elevate our brand presence. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end media creation—from shooting raw photos and footage to leveraging modern AI workflows to produce cutting-edge digital assets.

• Video Production & Editing: Capture raw footage and refine it into polished, cohesive video content for social media, website banners, and marketing campaigns.
• Photography: Direct and execute high-quality photo shoots for team assets, corporate culture, events, and marketing collateral.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Harness state-of-the-art AI tools to accelerate video production, generate visual assets, streamline editing workflows, and innovate new content formats.
• Graphic Design & Multimedia: Create visually striking digital and print graphics—including social posts, web banners, presentation decks, and promotional collateral—that strictly align with company brand guidelines.
• Motion Graphics & FX: Incorporate custom animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects to create dynamic video experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, and executive teams to storyboard concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver finished assets on schedule.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean digital asset management (DAM) library of raw footage, design templates, and reusable files.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of full-time, professional experience in graphic design, photography, and video production.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• AI Tool Integration: Hands-on experience using AI platforms for video creation, voice generation, image synthesis, or workflow optimization (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Firefly, or similar tools).
• Technical Skills: Strong background in DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation, lighting setups, audio recording, typography, color grading, and composition.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating high-end graphic design, video editing, photography samples, and dynamic motion graphics.
• Soft Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage feedback and hit deadlines.
