Role Description The Professional Graphics Designer will work full time on-site in Sylhet, collaborating with internal teams and clients to create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media. Daily tasks include developing graphics and layouts, designing logos and branding materials, selecting typography, and preparing files for production or publication. The role involves interpreting project briefs, presenting design concepts, and refining work based on feedback to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. The designer will also manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain organized design files and assets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure readability and aesthetic balance in designs.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools).
• Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and present design ideas effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Sylhet as part of a collaborative team.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required.
