Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gulshan. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, promotional banners, product catalog layouts, and in-store display materials. The role involves translating brand guidelines into cohesive visual designs, developing logos and brand elements for campaigns, and ensuring consistent use of typography and color across all materials. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and content updates. Daily work includes preparing final files for production, revising designs based on feedback, and maintaining an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and brand-aligned materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities and campaign visuals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar) is highly beneficial.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design work, especially in beauty, retail, or consumer brands, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gulshan are required.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage, along with familiarity with social media and e-commerce design requirements.
