The Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the organization’s brand presence and online visibility. This position combines creativity with marketing strategy — the candidate will design visual materials and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s services effectively across social media and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials such as flyers, banners, posters, brochures, and social media visuals.
- Create and edit digital content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Ensure all visuals align with the organization’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to produce designs for events, advertisements, and promotions.
- Edit and enhance images, short videos, and infographics for marketing purposes.
- Maintain an organized library of design files and brand assets.
- Stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and techniques to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube).
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts and advertisements to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports to measure reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Optimize website and social media content using SEO and keyword strategies.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of arts
