Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mohammadpur Thana. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, web graphics, and presentation materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements, developing brand-consistent designs, preparing files for production, and iterating based on feedback. The role also involves contributing to brand identity projects, designing logos and visual elements, maintaining design libraries, and ensuring all work aligns with IncludeWork’s visual standards and client expectations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability across formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar) is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent design quality.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
