Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Jessore. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand assets, selecting typography and color palettes, preparing files for production, and ensuring design consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing and other internal teams, interpreting project briefs, and revising designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also maintain design libraries and stay current with design trends and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials
• Ability to create effective Logo Design and support Branding initiatives
• Knowledge of Typography and layout principles for clear, consistent visual communication
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar)
• Portfolio demonstrating original design work and problem-solving in visual communication
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
