We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Mid-level)

Salary: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)

Location: Wavespace HQ, Dhaka - 1207

Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can craft strong brand visuals and high-performing social media content. Someone who understands branding, typography, and visual storytelling and can translate ideas into scroll-stopping designs.

Responsibilities:

• Create blog covers, brand assets, and presentation decks.

• Design social media posts, carousels, and campaign visuals.

• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements. 

• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and UX teams on campaigns.

• Build and maintain Behance case studies showcasing design work.

• Ensure visual consistency across all brand and marketing channels.

• Develop creative concepts & visual designs based on brand requirements. 

Requirements:

→ 2 - 3 years of experience in branding, digital, or social media design.

→ Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.

→ Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, & Illustrator.

→ Ability to translate brand strategy into visual storytelling.

→ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

→ Good communication and teamwork skills.

→ Portfolio of previous design work is required
