About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take full ownership of our visual identity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and counseling teams to produce high-converting social media creatives, engaging short-form video content, and premium print materials that resonate with students and parents alike.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality, eye-catching graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including posts, banners, carousels, and ad creatives.
• Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact reels, Tik Toks, and promotional video content. Utilize attractive text animations, clean on-screen captions, and stock footage to enhance storytelling.
• Campaign Management: Support Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads campaigns by designing optimized visuals and ad copies, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting creative strategies accordingly.
• Brand Identity & Consistency: Maintain strict brand consistency (colors, fonts, styles) across all digital and print mediums, including flyers, brochures, posters, and leaflets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and counseling teams to schedule content, manage social media accounts, and design promotional materials that support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, specifically within the Immigration and Education Consultancy sector.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, Meta Ads Manager, and optimisation formats for Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Core Competencies: A strong creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of creating high-converting content specifically for Facebook & Google Ads.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative "team-player" attitude.

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: BDT 22,000 to BDT 30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill level).
• Festival Bonus: 2 Festival Bonuses per year.
• Job Location: Gulshan Head Office, Dhaka.
