Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, printed brochures, classroom materials, and digital assets that support medical and dental admission coaching programs. Day-to-day tasks include developing concept-driven designs, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, preparing layouts, selecting typography and imagery, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. The role also involves adapting designs for multiple formats, maintaining organized design files, and meeting project deadlines while following brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will contribute to improving visual communication so that complex educational information is clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including the ability to create visually compelling layouts and illustrations.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Proficiency in Typography with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and font selection for educational and marketing content.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable software).
• Ability to translate educational and marketing objectives into clear visual concepts and designs.
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to incorporate feedback from instructors, marketing staff, and leadership.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
