Job Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator based in Mirpur. The professional in this position will be responsible for creating graphic designs, developing branding assets, producing logos, and crafting visually engaging content. Additionally, the role involves shooting, editing, and producing video content to support branding, marketing, and promotional efforts. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to develop creative concepts, producing innovative designs, and ensuring deliverables align with project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:

• Design engaging social media creatives, ads, and campaign materials
• Develop brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print assets
• Produce logos and maintain brand-consistent visual identity
• Adapt and revise designs based on feedback
• Stay updated with modern design trends and techniques
  

Video & Motion:

• Plan, shoot, and edit interior project photos and videos
• Create reels, promotional videos, and storytelling-based brand content
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
• Handle camera, lighting, and video production setup
• Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaigns
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve optional)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, motion graphics, and video storytelling
• Ability to shoot high-quality photos and videos (camera handling, lighting, framing)
• Advance knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Marketing is an advantage
  

Experience Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience
• Experience in Interior Design / Real Estate industry preferred
• Portfolio is mandatory (Graphics + Video work)
