Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Sylhet, Bangladesh, creating visual assets for print and digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include designing logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and branded collateral that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, translating concepts into clear visual designs, and iterating based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, maintain consistency across all design work, and stay updated with current design tools and trends to support high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media.
• Ability to create effective Logo Design and support broader Branding initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Typography and its use in layouts and visual communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond constructively to feedback.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including logos, branding, and typography-focused projects.
