Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Savar Upazila. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for print and digital platforms, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and internal communications. Responsibilities include developing logos and brand elements, choosing and applying typography, and ensuring consistency across all design outputs. The role involves collaborating with marketing and other teams to interpret project briefs, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback into revisions. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while following brand guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, layout, and hierarchy for both print and digital materials.
• Competence with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent software).
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of design work relevant to branding and marketing.
• Ability to interpret briefs, accept feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
