Role Description As a Graphic Designer at Tparro, you will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations and brand collateral. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and tech teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and deliver designs that align with brand strategies and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing logos and brand identities, refining typography, preparing files for production and iterating on feedback from stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, requiring regular collaboration with the team and occasional client-facing discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual work.
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for both digital and print formats.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a cross-functional team.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; professional experience in an agency or similar setting is a plus.
