Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality visual materials for print and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos, brand assets, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and other visual content following brand guidelines and project requirements. The role involves developing concepts, refining typography and layout, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency across all design deliverables. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities for clients.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for both print and digital media.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software).
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, collaborate effectively with a team, and manage time and priorities in a full-time role.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
