Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role located in Dhaka. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for brand campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and content production, ensuring consistency with client brand strategies and Markotive’s creative standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, designing layouts and key visuals, selecting and applying typography, and preparing graphics for web, social, and video formats. The role involves collaborating with strategists, content creators, and performance marketers to translate commercial and communication objectives into distinctive, effective design concepts. The Graphic Designer will also support continuous improvement of creative work by iterating on designs based on performance insights, feedback, and campaign results.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital, social, and campaign-related assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain distinctive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to ensure clear, impactful visual communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar) is required.
• Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, and video/motion content environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret brand and marketing strategies into visual concepts, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Dhaka.
