Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mirpur. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for baby and children’s apparel, packaging, marketing materials, and in-store displays. Daily responsibilities include developing original graphics, refining product artwork, preparing files for print, and collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines. The role involves translating creative briefs into compelling visuals, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, and adapting designs for both digital and physical channels. The Graphic Designer will also review samples and provide feedback to ensure that final products accurately reflect the intended design.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual concepts for apparel, branding, and marketing materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across products and retail channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both print and digital designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or equivalent tools) is required.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer products, is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are expected.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
