Role Description: The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mirpur. This role involves creating visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website assets, and presentations in line with brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to translate ideas into clear, engaging designs that support campaigns and product launches. Daily tasks include designing logos and brand assets, selecting and refining typography, preparing files for production, and iterating on feedback from stakeholders. The role also includes staying updated on design trends, maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms, and contributing creative input to broader branding and communication initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select, pair, and apply typefaces for readable and visually appealing layouts.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and experience across different design formats.
• Ability to work on-site in Mirpur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, digital marketing assets, and motion or video graphics is an added advantage.
