Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Chattogram. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media content, campaign collateral, reports, and event materials that reflect N2S’s mission and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, logos, and branding elements, selecting and applying typography, and preparing files for production and publication. The role involves collaborating with program and communications teams to translate project goals into clear visual narratives, maintaining design consistency across all communication channels, and iterating on feedback from internal stakeholders. The Graphic Designer will also support the creation of visual guidelines and assets that strengthen N2S’s public presence and engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling materials aligned to organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility in both digital and print formats.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) and basic knowledge of layout and composition principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent experience is also valued.
• Interest in social impact, peacebuilding, or community development in Bangladesh is highly beneficial.
