Google Sheets Expert Needed – Full Business Tracking System

We’re a growing home service business in Canada looking for an experienced *Google Sheets expert* to build a complete, easy-to-use system for our company.

The system should cover three main areas:

Marketing: leads, ad spend, CPL, CAC, source performance

Sales: bookings, conversion rate, revenue, average job value, sales performance

Accounting: income, expenses, profit, margins, monthly reporting

We want everything connected into a simple dashboard so we can quickly understand how the business is performing.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience building Google Sheets/Excel business systems and dashboards.

Experience building real business tracking systems, not just basic spreadsheets or template dashboards.

Strong understanding of business operations, marketing, sales, and financial metrics.

You should understand why the business needs each metric and how the data should work together, not just how to create formulas.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands business as well as technology.

If you only have technical Google Sheets skills but have little or no experience building systems for real businesses, this project may not be a good fit.
