- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales of land shares and residential flats.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of team and individual targets.
- Guide the sales team in client handling, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closing.
- Develop sales plans and strategies based on market trends and customer demand.
- Handle key clients and support the team in closing high-value property deals.
