Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare annual sales targets, budgets, forecasts, and business development plans.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate effective marketing strategies.
• Lead customer negotiations on pricing, contracts, product development, and commercial terms.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, demand planning, and business performance analysis.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent service standards.
• Coordinate, plan and execute branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and corporate events.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to top Directors.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic direction while ensuring that all sales and marketing initiatives and sustainability principles.
• Align departmental goals with organizational objectives, keeping the team informed of strategic priorities and evolving market trends.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, design, branding and promotion teams to drive new product strategy.
• Ensure marketing idea innovation, feedback from client, market demands, and strategic insight.
• Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring all communications are professional, timely, and aligned with company values.
• Foster long-term client relationships by focusing on service excellence, responsiveness, and value creation.
• Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to monitor trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitive positioning.
• Use market intelligence to adapt and refine sales and marketing strategies, enhancing competitiveness and revenue potential.
• Regularly report departmental performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 15-20 years
• Education: master of business administration in marketing
• Skills: hospitality management, hotel management, hospitality marketing, hospitality consulting, brand management & development, sales management, tourism management
