- Manage internal & external partners to ensure execution and continuous improvement across all key performance metrics.
- Maintains and builds employee relationships and leads teams in the development of new initiatives, including joint teams to address key areas for improvement.
- Ensure continuous and undisrupted operations of all manufacturing facilities in a cost-effective manner.
- Monitor compliance in sustainability standards and implement new sustainability initiatives in supply chain and operations.
- Leads overall operation including merchandizing, HR, finance and compliance departments.
- Handles all development projects including new ERP implementation, process re-engineering and resource optimization.
- To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
- Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
- Team management and motivation.
- Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.
- Coordinating with buyers for capacity bookings.
- Experience: 5-6 years
