GM - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven GM – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and manufacturing finance, along with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning processes across business units and support functions
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasts
• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards covering revenue, profitability, EBITDA, working capital, and key business KPIs
• Conduct variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plan, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitor budget adherence and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, operational efficiencies, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Partner with Production, Quality, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other functions to support business and operational decision-making
• Develop financial models, Scenario analysis, and business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investments
• Drive cost control initiatives and monitor realization of savings across operations and support functions
• Build and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to enhance leadership visibility and decision-making
• Conduct profitability analysis by factory, product, customer, and business unit to improve business performance
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of financial data while improving FP&A processes and reporting automation
• Support leadership in strategic planning, financial reviews, and management presentations
• Guide and develop team members to ensure effective execution of departmental objectives

Required Qualification

• Degree in Accounting/Finance discipline. A master’s degree will be preferred
• 10–12 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting, or manufacturing finance
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability analysis
• Experience working in manufacturing, apparel, textile, or export-oriented industries is highly preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, operational finance, and business performance management
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence business decisions through financial insights
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
