GM / AGM- Sales (Real Estate)

• Job Location: Chattogram

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and qualify leads for apartment sales
• Arrange and conduct apartment viewings, highlighting key features and benefits
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 2–5 Sales Executives/Assistant Managers
• Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Negotiate and close sales transactions efficiently
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, pricing, and competition
• Ensure a steady revenue flow through proactive sales strategies
• Oversee administrative tasks and documentation for property transactions

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable public or private university
• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 5–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales (is mandatory)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Age: 35+
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform under pressure

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: Tk 50,000–70,000 (Monthly)
• Sales Commission
• Mobile Bill
• Festival Bonus
