Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage overall operations of the bus division (Chair Coach & Sleeper Coach).
- Ensure smooth and efficient intercity transport service through effective route, staff, and fleet management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, schedules, and safety procedures.
- Lead, train, and evaluate drivers, supervisors, helpers, and support staff.
- Monitor daily operations, trip performance, and service quality.
- Oversee bus maintenance, fuel management, and fleet documentation.
- Coordinate with transport authorities and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Control operational costs and maximize profitability through efficient resource utilization.
- Handle passenger feedback, service issues, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Plan and execute expansion strategies and new route development.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure all buses are maintained, clean, and operate under proper safety standards.
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
