Role Description The Gents Branch Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for delivering professional, welcoming front-desk service at BIW’s gents branch. Daily tasks include greeting clients, managing appointment bookings and confirmations, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. The role also involves maintaining client records, handling check-in and check-out procedures, coordinating with therapists and service providers, and ensuring the reception area is orderly and inviting. The receptionist supports administrative and clerical activities such as updating schedules, processing payments, and preparing basic reports. This position plays a key role in providing a smooth, respectful, and informed experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated receptionist duties and phone etiquette skills, including managing calls, appointments, and client inquiries.
• Solid clerical skills, such as record keeping, basic data entry, and handling front-desk administration.
• Ability to maintain a calm, respectful demeanor in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, or salon/spa reception is preferred.
• Comfort using computer-based scheduling systems and basic office software.
• Proficiency in Bangla and working knowledge of English for client communication.
• Minimum secondary school education; additional training in customer service or office administration is an advantage.
