- Lead, mentor, and manage the PD team to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous skill development.
- Oversee creation of designs, samples, and prototypes to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timelines.
- Ensure smooth handover of finalized products to production teams with complete specifications, tech packs, and samples.
- Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to select fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design, quality, and cost requirements.
- Monitor costing, production timelines, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure all product development milestones are met according to agreed timelines.
- Experience: 15-17 years
- Education: bachelor of fine arts in art history
- Skills: pdms design, product management, pmo design, productdevelopment, product management, technical knowledge of garment production, production management, design management, garment industry knowledge, productmanagement
