Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattogram. This position oversees sales and marketing activities for residential projects, including setting sales targets, developing marketing plans, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, monitoring customer interactions, and driving initiatives that support customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with project, finance, and operations teams, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. The General Manager also represents the company in client meetings, negotiations, and key stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales and General Management, with experience leading revenue-focused initiatives.
• Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build long-term client relationships.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in real estate or construction-related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Capacity to work on-site in Chattogram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
