General Manager– Project Operations

We are looking for competent and accomplished candidates for the position of General Manager – Project Operations for one of our esteemed clients, one of the most renowned Real Estate Companies in Bangladesh.

Salary: BDT 350,000–400,000/month (including transport & site allowance)

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee major residential, commercial, shopping mall and construction projects from execution to successful delivery.

* Provide strategic leadership to Heads of Projects, Project Managers, engineers, contractors and key stakeholders.

* Ensure projects meet approved quality, safety, timeline and budget/cost objectives.

* Monitor project milestones, review Monthly Project Progress Reports (PPR), identify risks and drive corrective actions.

* Maintain effective coordination with SCM, P&C, Logistics, CS, HR and other stakeholders to prevent delays and operational bottlenecks.

* Ensure optimum resource allocation and timely manpower deployment.

* Lead project-site meetings and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

* Identify engineering team development needs and coordinate training initiatives with HR.

Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public university; minimum *CGPA 3.00/4.00*.

* 20+ years of experience in construction/project management, including *3+ years in a similar senior leadership role*.

* Strong experience in Real Estate, commercial buildings, shopping malls or large-scale projects .

* Strong knowledge of project management, construction operations and PMBOK practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office ; AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.

* PMP® certification will be an added advantage.
