- To ensure recruitment, selection, induction, compensation and benefits of the employees of factory;
- To handle grievances & disciplinary actions as per Bangladesh Labor Law and the Company Policies & Procedures;
- To set Key Performance Indicators based on company strategy and also measure the same for evaluating performance of the employees, departments and organizations.
- To oversee the HR related Data Administration i.e. HRIS through ERP Software;
- Monitoring & supervising all the legal & judicial administrative issues of the factory;
- Maintenance of office equipment’s / furniture /fixtures and to ensure their serviceability and AMC;
- To ensure general office maintenance like housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.);
- Liaison with various Government & Non-Government Offices i.e. Labor Office, Labor Court, Factory Inspector Office, BSTI, Environment Office, Fire & Civil Defense, BOI, Police Station, Local Influences etc.;
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report on production, store & inventory, distribution and other functions.
- Experience: At least 18 years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: hr management, hr compliance, employee management, back office operations, hr policies and procedures, human resources management, labour laws knowledge, human resources, administrative tasks
