Hotel Grand Park Barishal is seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead all Sales, Branding, and Digital Marketing functions. The role requires a forward-thinking leader who understands hospitality trends, customer behaviour, and digital ecosystems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening the brand’s market positioning, and managing high-performing marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital platforms.
Lead and execute the overall Sales & Marketing strategy
Oversee Digital Marketing operations including SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Email Marketing, and Analytics
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
Develop and manage a strategic content and campaign calendar
Analyze marketing performance and maximize campaign ROI
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop annual Sales & Marketing plans aligned with revenue targets and KPIs
Identify new market opportunities through market analysis
Manage key corporate accounts and long-term client relationships
Conduct site inspections and client engagement activities
Coordinate with Operations, F&B, and other departments on promotional strategies
