Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Management role based in Dhaka. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that production, sales, and service functions run efficiently and meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role includes managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will lead and develop cross-functional teams, coordinate with department heads, and support decision-making on resource allocation, vendor management, and process improvement. The position also involves preparing reports for senior leadership, supporting long-term business planning, and representing IFBL with key partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general management or operations leadership, preferably within the food and beverage or consumer goods industry.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Experience leading diverse teams, with abilities in people management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with attention to process optimization and quality standards.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Understanding of basic financial principles, supply chain processes, and compliance requirements relevant to food and beverage operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Dhaka and managing day-to-day operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
