- Review tech packs, specifications, measurements, construction details, and garment samples.
- Follow up on sample development, fitting, comments, and approvals.
- Coordinate with design/tech pack, merchandising, pattern, sample, and production teams.
- Check garment construction, workmanship, measurements, and overall fit against specifications.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions to improve garment quality and production feasibility.
- Conduct fit and measurement reviews and communicate corrections to relevant teams.
- Conduct pre-production meeting and ensure approved specifications are followed during production.
- Maintain technical documents, measurement charts, construction details, and sample records.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: bachelor of arts
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment production, garment manufacturing, garment construction, garment finishing, fabric development, textile inspection, technical design, textile industry knowledge
