Fundraising & Stakeholder Consultant

The Society for Asian Circular Innovation Network (SACIN) is seeking an experienced, strategic Fundraising & Stakeholder Consultant to support our national and international resource mobilisation and partnership development efforts.

SACIN is a research think tank advancing the Circular Economy, Sustainability, Climate Action, and Innovation across Asia.

🔹 Position: Fundraising & Stakeholder Consultant

🔹 Experience: Minimum 10–15 years

🔹 Employment Type: Contractual

🔹 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (with

flexible/remote engagement where applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead fundraising and resource mobilisation strategies

• Identify national and international funding opportunities

• Build strategic partnerships with donors, development agencies, foundations, CSR programs, corporations, and government stakeholders

• Prepare concept notes, proposals, grant applications, budgets, and funding pitches

• Explore innovative financing, philanthropy, CSR, and impact investment opportunities

Requirements:

✔ Master's degree in a relevant field

✔ 10–15 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilisation, grant management, or partnership development

✔ Proven track record of securing national and/or international funding

✔ Strong proposal writing, communication, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience or interest in sustainability, circular economy, climate action, development, or social impact will be an advantage
