Full-time Sales Executive

Autotriz Bangladesh is a premium auto detailing center specializing in professional car care and paint protection services. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through Facebook and other digital platforms, communicating with potential customers, converting leads into sales, and maintaining accurate CRM and daily sales records.

• Handle and respond to customer leads generated through Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Make direct phone calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential customers into confirmed sales.
• Explain our auto detailing services, packages, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
• Update and manage customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Maintain daily sales updates and lead tracking sheets.
• Keep records of lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and pending customers.
• Coordinate with the operations/service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and lead performance reports.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Tele Sales/Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
• Experience in handling Facebook/Digital Leads will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing ability.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain organized records.
• Candidates with experience in the automotive, auto detailing, car accessories, or service industry will get preference.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
